A house atop a mountain touches the stars with panoramic views that take your breath away. The architect and I sat with a compass on the bare property discovering the most effective positioning for the house to be built in order to maximize every view. From NY city sky line, to Harriman State Park, this gorgeous structure sees it all. This masterpiece took careful and detailed planning. I created the exterior and interior layout ensuring perfect flow and transition inside and out. The T beams seen on the left corner of the house were designed to incorporate structure and aesthetics. We were able to give the client an above ground basement using the topography and the careful positioning. The dining room wine wall to ceiling fixture is breathtaking and the minimalist kitchen design with circular distressed bronze hood is perfection. I love this house.
